Shipping & Returns
Package shipping
As a general rule, parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment (next business day).
Custom items will have other preparation times depending on the product.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage.
Delicate items are sent well protected.
International shipments are sent with local Postal Services (depending on the country) or UPS.
National shipments are sent with Correos or Correos Express.
International shipments may incur customs charges that must be taken care by the recipient. International shipments are sent by DAP. Please contact us if you have any questions about costs in your country.
Shipments to the UK and USA are free of customs charges.
Delivery times are those indicated by the shipping companies. We make everything in our end to meet the delivery times indicated here, but once the parcel is with the shipping company it is out of our control. Please contact us if any incidences occur with your shipment, and we'll try to manage it with the shipping company.

Returns
The return period is 14 calendar days for any item that is not personalized.
The shipping costs of returns (except for defective orders or mistakes) are borne by the buyer, if necessary we can always find an economic option for you.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
Once the status of the item has been received and checked, the the relevant amount will be refunded.
